The shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination or delivery address as well as the volume and weight of the products purchased.
BrodArt reserves the right to change the conditions applicable to the Free Shipping service, and we recommend that the customer review the same before placing the order.
The modification of the policy of shipping costs will not affect orders confirmed before that time.
The shipping address may be from a different country than the billing address. However, in this case, the corresponding taxes will be applied to the country where the order is delivered.
Our delivery service is always door to door, unless expressly agreed to another type of service.

Payment of products and services
During the processing of the order, the Customer must make the payment immediately by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or through the PayPal system.
Orders will be prepared only when the payment is confirmed. For this reason, orders that are paid by credit card / Paypal will be processed immediately.
In payments by transfer, the confirmation process can delay the whole process. For this reason, and to expedite the processing as much as possible, it is recommended to advance the bank payment receipt by email to info@soloparati.es
Returns and exchanges
The products offered on the Website are customizable and for that reason only returns for causes attributable to the Website, as a defective product or not matching the reference purchased, will be accepted and no refunds will be accepted for a change of opinion or error for Part of the customer at the time of making the purchase.
The communication regarding the return of a product must be sent within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product.
The deadline for making a return is 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.
To request a return or exchange of a product purchased on the Website, the Customer must send an email to info@soloparati.es indicating the order number and explaining the problem. You will then be contacted by email to handle the return or replacement.
When confirming to the customer that the product is to be collected by the agency, we will understand that the product is ready, in perfect condition and immediately available during business hours.
The Website will proceed to make the reimbursement within 15 calendar days to the date of communication regarding the return. The refund will be made by the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction for the total amount of the product plus shipping costs.
